*Agency registrations are only accepted on the understanding that all properties handled by the agency for letting to students are accredited – a letter of confirmation to this effect is required when registering any property. The advertising year runs from 1st February to 31st January, initally the advert will be active for one month but can be re-activated within the same year at no extra cost.
